Refund policy

Policy Overview:

At Self Loathe Club, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products that align with our unique brand ethos. However, due to the nature of our products and our alignment with Printify and Printful's policies, we maintain a strict no refund and no return policy at this moment in time. 

Policy Details:

No Refunds/Returns on Products:

  • All sales made through the Self Loathe Club store are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations of orders once they are placed.
  • Please review your order carefully before finalizing, as we cannot modify orders once they are processed.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide clear photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number.
  • After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement of the same item. This is the sole exception to our no refund/return policy.

Incorrect Orders:

  • If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a description of the issue.
  • We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and ensure the correct item is sent to you.

Printify and Printful Policies:

  • Our no refund/return policy is in alignment with the policies of our partners, Printify and Printful. We adhere to their guidelines regarding product quality and order fulfillment.

Customer Responsibility:

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for unclaimed orders.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to review product descriptions and sizing guides. We do not offer refunds or replacements for customer errors.
